Coordinating Behavioral Health Care After Cancer Treatment

Series meets Thursday (Weekly) from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM MST

This series aims to provide care coordinators who work in the primary care setting with the skills and background knowledge to describe the psychosocial issues for patients after cancer treatment and use relevant behavioral health strategies and resources to support cancer survivors in their communities.

This series is offered by the University of Colorado Cancer Center (UCCC), in partnership with the Patient Navigation Training Collaborative (PNTC) and the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center (RMPHTC). This effort is funded by the Cancer, Cardiovascular and Chronic Pulmonary Disease Grants Programs at CDPHE.
