This series takes place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 AM MT.
This ECHO series aims to help primary care physicians and providers handle common urologic conditions. Topics covered include common acute and emergent issues in adult and pediatric urology, genitourinary cancers, disorders of the bladder, prostate, and urethra such as BPH, incontinence, and neurogenic bladder, and other tips and insights from experts into prevalent urologic conditions.
Participants will gain the baseline knowledge and skills needed to assess and manage common non-surgical urologic conditions when appropriate in the primary care setting. We will also build connections between healthcare providers to maximize patient evaluation and to facilitate consultations and co-management amongst primary care providers and specialists.
We will have a virtual space where primary care providers and specialists can collaborate to increase access to care for patients with urologic conditions.
Sessions will include a didactic presentation by an expert, opportunities for Q&A with the expert, and discussion of participant-submitted cases. Participants are highly encouraged to submit de-identified patient cases for group discussion and expert consultation prior to the session.
CE for this series has been applied for and is pending approval. ECHO participants typically earn one credit per session attended.
